PERSONALITY: Boy howdy buckle yourself in, it's gonna be a ride.

First thing to get out of the way - Panty is an Angel. As in THE REAL DEAL, capital 'A', celestial powers, immortal do-gooder, yadda yadda yadda Angel. Wings? Halo? Kickass transformation sequence scenes? She's got 'em all, sister. This includes a frankly absurd amount of physical hardiness as well as your usual grab bag of above-average attributes.

Now that we've got that established, she's a pretty awful Angel... and kind of a jerk in general, not gonna sugarcoat it. Panty's a spiteful girl with a violent streak slapped on top of a solid foundation of unshakable confidence. Considering not much ranks high enough on the power scale to threaten an angel, Panty and Stocking have a bad habit of simply not taking anything seriously at all......... though sometimes it's fun to bust out the BIG GUNS and blast some poor unsuspecting neighbourhood off the face of the planet just because they can. Why have all that brute strength if you can't use it, right? Right. Totally understandable.

Unsurprisingly this distinctly unholy behaviour has gotten the Anarchy sisters booted from the pearly gates of Heaven once the big boss had enough. In order to return, they've been tasked to hunt and kill corrupted/lost souls (ghosts) in return for coins that will buy entry back into the Heavenly host. The most alarming thing is she doesn't seem to mind her exile all that much. Sure, she'll bitch and complain from time to time, but usually she's far too busy adding more notches onto her bedpost or chasing tail in the newest flavour of the week to really sit down and think about the consequences of her lifestyle. If there's any remorse for being punished, it's minimal. Earth is basically the best party she's ever gatecrashed, so why would she want to leave?

To put it bluntly: Panty is a hedonist of the highest order. Pleasure and all the means to get it ranks on the very top rung of her priority scale. Sex, alcohol, junk food, sleeping in, that sort of thing. It's not uncommon for her to bring a ghost hunt to a screeching halt if she has a chance to knock boots with an attractive stranger, and has been late on many occasions to pitched battles or hunt briefings because she's either hung over or still canoodling in her room. In her eyes there's nothing wrong with this! After all, everyone's got a hobby. Hers just happens to be nailing 1000 mortal men before she collects all the Heaven Coins she needs to get back home. No big deal, right?

(Priorities aren't her strong suit.)

So Panty in a nutshell: hilariously thirsty powerhouse with commitment issues. Brash, crude, radiating old school delinquent energy like a physical force 24/7, 365 days of the year. Granted, there's the faintest glimmer of the good person she could become buried deep, deep, deep down under all the layers of trash, but it'll never see the light of day if Panty has anything to say about it, and quite frankly nobody can be blamed for not wanting to dumpster dive into that hot mess in the first place. It's a lot like trying to wrangle an angry porcupine - all sharp angles no matter what way you choose to approach the subject.

POWERS/ABILITIES:

Firearms mastery - Panty is a crack shot marksman with just about every kind of firearm known to mankind but prefers to use an angelic pistol called "Backlace" do to the heavy lifting most of the time.
Pinpoint accuracy - Like "fast and precise enough to consistently knock airborne bullets off target with her own" kind of accuracy. She has demonstrated this ability on several occasions with both her pistol and the sniper rifle variant (the latter in order to save Brief from Scanty), but it's likely she's able to consistently replicate the feat with any firearm.
Angelic body - As an Angel, she's got strength, stamina, and agility well beyond mortal limits. Note that this does not make her invincible, however, as both Panty and Stocking have been noticeably worse for the wear/fatigued when fighting ghosts or the Demon sisters on several occasions.
Flight - Yes, unsurprisingly Angels can fly. However it seems to come with the caveat of "not far" and "not for long", since Panty thinks sticking a huge pole in the ground to crawl back up to heaven is easier than flying.
It's Morphin' Time - As in "cue high budget animation sequence". Panty can change (I mean it's basically a magical girl stripper pole so... mildly nsfw) into her angelic clothing after a short delay of song and dance. These angelic clothes don't really serve much purpose other than to look like she means business, but they have been shown to nullify/cleanse grime and gunk off so she's squeaky clean once the sequence is over. It's mostly an unintended side effect and isn't used for expressly that purpose. She gets a cool halo and wings though!
Backlace - The one exception of 'angel clothes are just as useless as mortal clothes'. Panty can transform her... well... panties into angelic armament - a pistol. It's harmless to humans and only stings like hell if she shoots anyone, but will rip ghosts, demons, etc into hilarious tiny pieces if a bullet connects.
Underwear Transformation - To build on top of what she can do with Backlace, Panty is also able to change the underwear of other people into weapons as well. This isn't always as helpful as it seems since the properties of the weapon tend to vary wildly from peashooter to 12 gauge shotgun. Great for comedic value, not ideal in an emergency.

INVENTORY:

Chuck, a green quasi-dog with zippers for ears/a tail that's basically made of rubber - he endures a ridiculous amount of abuse on a daily basis (including fatal injuries) and seems no worse for the wear afterwards, likely due to said rubbery properties. In canon he's able to transform into a huge-ass hellhound.
A pair of lacy red underwear. Probably some fancy designer brand, knowing her.
